Ця база охоплює первинні повірки західних засобів вимірювання (ЗВ), введених в обіг у Росії за період 01.05.2021–30.04.2026. Дані взято з відкритого російського реєстру повірок засобів вимірювання ФГІС «Аршин». Кожен рядок — окрема повірка: тип і модель ЗВ, серійний номер, бренд, дата, власник (якщо розкритий) і посилання на свідоцтво про повірку.
Застереження: походження вказано за брендом; власник розкритий менш ніж для половини ЗВ; наявність приладу в реєстрі не доводить каналу постачання і не доводить, що саме цей ЗВ ввезений з порушенням санкцій. «Рівень техніки» та «Сегмент» — суб'єктивні категорії, що вказують можливість заміни російськими аналогами та призначення ЗВ.
This database covers primary verifications of Western measuring instruments placed into service in Russia between 01.05.2021 and 30.04.2026. The data is drawn from the open Russian registry of instrument verifications, FGIS «Arshin». Each row is a single verification: instrument type and model, serial number, brand, date, owner (where disclosed), and a link to the verification certificate.
Disclaimer: origin is given by brand; the owner is disclosed for fewer than half of the instruments; presence in the registry does not prove a supply channel, nor that this particular instrument was imported in breach of sanctions. "Technology level" and "Segment" are subjective categories indicating the availability of Russian substitutes and the instrument's purpose.
